A semi automatic, handheld sifting tool that combines the fine 40 mesh screen with a cup and a press handle mechanism for mess free operation.
It is designed to aerate flour, remove clumps, and ensure a smooth texture for baking ingredients.
It is a cup style sifter, which is more convenient than a flat round sieve as it contains the powder and prevents mess.
It features a semi automatic spring press handle design. Users simply hold the handle and gently press it repeatedly, causing internal fan shaped rotating blades to push the flour through the mesh without the need for manual shaking or tapping.
The 40 mesh screen has very fine holes (approximately 400 microns) ideal for sifting various powders, sifting bran out of home milled whole wheat flours to create high extraction flour, or dusting pastries with powdered sugar.
The cup body is made of durable, food grade PP plastic which is BPA free.
The fine mesh screen at the bottom of the cup is made of high quality 304 stainless steel for durability and rust resistance.
The cup has a practical capacity, with measurement scales on the inner wall for convenient dosage control. 
The design, while convenient to use, has a complex internal structure that requires careful hand washing rather than a dishwasher to prevent water and residual flour coagulation.
